Niko and his team are expert in all aspects of remodeling, renovation and restoration. My new flooring is just awesome, installed quickly and meticulously with laser-like focus and a strong work ethic. Their energy to get the job done is coupled with very competitive pricing. I would hire Homeserve again without hesitation. It's a relief to have him on hand for any household project, large or small.

I cannot express how happy I am. I had all of my interior doors replaced and not only did Niko and his crew do a fantastic job but he is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Niko and his team did excellent work for my house. updates: leveled out the flooring with new subflooring, installed new laminate flooring throughout the house, new stairs, new windows, fesh paint throughout, new front & back storm doors, new exterior back door, new insulation with moisture barrier in the basement, serviced heating system, new sump pump. If everyone is looking for the company that they can trust and be done on time, Yes - work with Niko.

Soon after renting out an investment property to tenants in West Hartford, the basement flooded - and a few days before Christmas at that! I live in California and feel fortunate to have connected with Nico. Nico and his crew replaced all the sheetrock in the ceiling and 2 walls, replaced the flooring, new trim, added insulation, did some plumbing repairs, paint, etc and put it all back together cleanly - now back to a useable space and looking even better than before. Nico is a good communicator, reasonable prices, provides quality work, and he's a positive person who cares about the finished result and relationships, not just squeezing the maximum profit from the job. I've worked with close to a hundred different handyman/contractors, and my experience with Nico was one of the best. I look forward to working with him on future projects ... hopefully those that are capital improvements and not something like repairing a flooded basement!
